But, this scripture from the Book of Mormon keeps coming to my mind. (It's a great book, if you haven't read it. Get a free copy HERE.)
Things might be hard. Satan might throw everything he has at us. But, if we trust in the Lord, everything will work out. We will be taken care of. We just need to pray for strength and guidance, then follow that guidance we receive and do all we can do, knowing that the Lord will take care of the rest. There is no better foundation we can build our lives on than our Savior Jesus Christ.

I, too, have felt worry and sadness. I'm not sad that my guy didn't win. It's not a pride thing. I'm sad that our country honors mans ideas more than God's commandments. As I sat in prayer yesterday I was reminded that God is in control. I was taken to the book of Revelation and reminded that Jesus is the victor and we are right there with Him. God is good and faithful. He loves His children. May we never be afraid to share Him with our lost world. We are called to be His feet and hands. I pray I don't squash that responsibility.

Beautiful words :) Also, I had no idea you were a Morman. I say that in a surprised way because I have been finding out lately that a lot of people I know are Morman, and I had no idea!
